I think what I have is an SPX+ F4 units, this is what I have in the general tab ”

I am trying to update my unit with the latest firmware update for F4 units (spplus-f4-1.0.5606_20211005) but it always fails.
Am I trying to update with the wrong firmware ? Do I need to update with an older firmware, and if yes, can you send it to me ?

Dear AKCP Customer,
Thanks for letting us know on this. The firmware upgrade on the older obsolete F4 type unit should work with your current version to the latest, or last version we released.
Please download the firmware again as the file may have been corrupted during the download process.

If you are still having this same problem, please contact our support team directly (support@akcp.com) and include screen shots of any error messages, the system log and the latest support file from the unit.
