Hi AKCP Team, I would like to ask on the UART Quectel External Modem, as the external device do not have any USB connection and only RJ45 sensor port with power, so i would like to know, isit need USB to ethernet dongle to connect the modem to physical server?

Thank you for your question on our UART external modem. Normally no dongle is needed. Please send us an email directly to our support team (support@akcp.com) and we can send you the newly updated installation guide for this modem as it works with both the SP+ units and the AKCPro Server software using the provided switch on the modem.
