Hello AKCP,
On my SPX+ it seems the lowest graphing interval that can be set is
60 seconds?
Is it possible to make this lower, so I can capture voltage fluctuations on the graph?
What would be the lowest graphing number I can set, or is it
really fixed at 60 seconds?
I assume you guys made this limitation related to storage space
for graphing data?
Thank you,

Hello AKCP Customer,
Thank you for your questions on this. The lowest setting for the sensor graphing is indeed set to 60 seconds.
We not only set this at that level due to the storage space, but also to prevent flash wear on the SP+ units.
Frequent writes will wear the flash out faster, and the unit will become unusable.
If you, or your customer requires lower graph values, we recommend using the AKCess Pro Server DCIM software and frequent SNMP Get Virtual Sensor polling of the sensor.
You can add the SPX+ to the APS and then use the graphing feature there.
The graph update interval is 30 seconds by default, as shown below.
If you need more frequent graph sampling, then we would suggest 15 seconds.
Kind regards,
