Hello AKCP Support Team,

We have a question from our end customer regarding the APS licenses. They have asked will any of their current licenses be carried over after their annual licenses expire?

They had activated the default free licenses for one year. Oh, and if they purchase a new license which is more than the default free ones for this new year, are those previous free licenses included again?

Hello AKCP Dealer,

No, if the licenses were purchased annually, they will not be carried over unless they were purchased for multiple years, or if the customer re-purchases them.

Regarding the default free licenses, also, no. The default free initial licenses are not carried over. These are only for testing out the software for trial purposes, or demos.

If the customer whishes to continue using the APS DCIM software then they will need to purchase the licenses they require referring to our price sheet.
