This entry is not so much as an answer to a question, but more a technical advisory that is quite important for all customers regarding the sensorProbe+ units and these which will be, or have been ordered with the optional X20 or more dry contact modules.
We do hope that this information provided below will help to reduce, or better yet eliminate issues we have experienced where customers have accidentally, or unknowingly connected voltage or current that exceeded the maximum input levels on the dry contacts thus causing damage to the units.
