We have a newly installed SPX+ H7 unit with 4 sensor ports and 10 dry contact ports. We have 3 dry contact ports configured with connections going to them and are trying to view the SNMP OID information for each port in the appliance UI (not the AKCP cloud console).
Dry contact port 1 we are able to view the SNMP information correctly in the page that pops up, when I try to view it for Dry contact ports 2 and 3 a blank page loads and no information shows up.

Hello,
Normally you can use the “Get SNMP OID” button for each sensor and dry contact within the SP+ units web UI when clicking on that sensor. You can also check our OID manual & also our MIB file which can be downloaded from our website support portal.
