Hi,

The driver installation for the External Modem ([EUSB-4GEU] 4G External USB Modem) fails and results with error saying: “Could not load the DLL library c:\program files (x86)\SIM7x00Driver\FunDll.dll. The specified module could not be found”.

As the driver installation did not complete then the modem would not be installed on the computer.

Windows version is Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit

 

Pls advice if any faced such issue, what are your recommendations?

I believe we resolved this issue by sending you via email the updated drivers and the manual that includes the steps for this.

Thank you AKCP Support team. We managed to install the modem’s driver. We tried a SIM card, but it is not sending SMS messages. We will try again changing the SMS itself.
