Hello Dear AKCP Support,

One of our clients is asking if it is possible for a third-party software to connect to their AKCP System and automatically pull “events log” file. Can this be done by physical hardware communication? Can this be done through integration with AKCP Server?

The client has many SP2+ units and one SPX+ unit, all are connected to AKCPRO Server.

Pls advise.

Dear AKCP Customer,

Yes, it is possible to integrate our AKCP base units and sensors into other 3rd party NMS systems if they support SNMP.
