Dear AKCP Support,
I have 10 sites (10 cities) to install SPX+ unit on each site, can I have ONLY one internal modem on one of these 10 SPX+ units and use is to send all alerts (through AKCPro Server) coming from all the 10 SPX+ units?
Or shall you recommend one external modem to be connected to the Server Computer that holds the AKCPro Server?
Pls advise.

Actually you can find this information if you search this (our) Online Technical forum you are asking this question from for these details. Please check the below example that should help.
Also, please check the AKCP APS HTTP full manual on our support portal for all the details on setting up the units to be monitored from multiple sites regarding the ports needed to be opened to connect etc.
