spx+ all lights are on and not starting up

We would need more details in order to assist you with this issue. Please contact our support team (support@akcp.com) and provide these details in your email:

1. What was connected to the SPX+.
2. Was the unit connected to a UPS?
3. A picture of the unit along with the MAC ID.
4. One suggestion would be to check the output of the AC power adapter using a multimeter. This should be roughly 5.5VDC.
