We having an issue with SPX+ and SP2+ bind to quicklime where both of the EMS were not reachable in quicklime, MQTT were enabled for both and certificate has been placed to Quicklime, but it still unreachable

Dear IGSP,
Thank you for informing us of the issues you are having with the Quicklime DCIM. We would need more specific details in order to assist you. For example, screen shots of error messages, SP+ settings, version number of the SP+ firmware running on the units.
The first step is to make sure the firmware on the SP+ units is running the latest that is on our website. Secondly, please send all these specific details mentioned above including the “support files” from the units directly to our AKCP support team (Mr. Scott) at support@akcp.com for further assistance.
