Dear AKCP,

If my licensing is expiring soon, what information do I need to send to AKCP sales & support, or my dealer in order to extend my APS license?

Dear AKCP Customer,

You will need to send to our sales team (sales@akcp.com), but also include our support team (support@akcp.com) the fixed MAC address from the computer the APS is installed on and what type of the APS licenses and the quantity of each of them are required. Referring to the details in our price sheet product codes shown here below for the APS.

Please also include the screen shot from the APS license page that displays the current licenses and the MAC address assigned.
