I experienced an issue with the AKCP SensorProbe1+ connected to an external Modbus devices to poll data from the device for remote monitoring.
After configuring the Virtual sensor for each Modbus parameters to be monitored, it was observed that the Sensor Probe1+ was reporting wrong status.
When the Value for Normal was set to Zero and value for alarm as 1; Whenever the Bit value as read from the externa Modbus device using Modscan showed 0 meaning sensor has no alarm but on AKCP SensorProbe1 reorted it as alarm.
Kindly assist with resolution.

First off thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. Please see below on how you, as our AKCP dealer can assist your end customer further.
When setting up the SP+ units to monitor 3rd party Modbus devices you will need to check our manuals that I have highlighted below after downloading them from our website support portal using the attached instructions that I believe I have sent you a few times previously.
It is important that you request and obtain the correct Modbus registers from the 3rd party equipment company so that these can be configured correctly in the SP+ units web interface.
I would also suggest you check our Online Technical Forum for more details on issues with the 3rd party Modbus integration.
